Digital proofs are not sent by default to keep production smooth and efficient. Each design is carefully prepared from your pet’s photo, with attention to thread colors, stitch direction, and recognizable pet details.

If you would like to review the design before embroidery, please request it in the Order Notes field before placing your order. Once the preview email is sent, please reply within 24 hours. If we do not receive a response within this time, the design will be considered approved and production will begin.

Free revisions are only available for clear production errors, such as an incorrect name, wrong product option, wrong pet count, or use of the wrong photo. Additional requests for style, color, expression, or other preference-based changes may require an extra fee and additional processing time.
