Your preview and approval

1. Select your frame and send a clear pet photo and a working email address.
2. We prepare a preview within 3 business days and email it to you. This is the preview timeframe, not the production or delivery time.
3. Review the expression, markings and composition. You may request up to 2 revisions during the preview stage, before production.
4. Once you approve the preview, we proceed with production.

We pack and ship the finished piece to you.
