Pawlinko currently ships to selected supported regions only.
Available shipping destinations may vary depending on your location, product type, and checkout availability. If your country or region is not available at checkout, we are currently unable to ship there.
Production Time (The "Artisan" Wait)
- Every piece at Pawlinko is hand-digitized by real artists.
- Standard Production: 4–6 weeks(Workdays). Peak Seasons: During holidays, production may take up to 8 weeks.
- Note: Digital previews are not sent by default. If no preview is requested, your order enters the production queue after the 6-hour cancellation window. If a preview is requested, production will begin after approval or after the 48-hour approval window has passed.
Shipping Estimates
Once production is complete, shipping times vary by destination and local delivery conditions.
Estimated shipping usually takes 5–14 days for supported regions.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is handed over to our carrier.
Customs & Duties
For our international customers (including AU, SG, and MY), please note that any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.
