Pawlinko currently ships to selected supported regions only.
Available shipping destinations may vary depending on your location, product type, and checkout availability. If your country or region is not available at checkout, we are currently unable to ship there.
Order Timeline
- Every custom Pawlinko piece is individually prepared from your pet’s photo and hand-digitized by our artists.
- Most orders are completed and delivered within approximately 4–6 weeks, including artwork preparation, production, and shipping.
- During peak holiday periods, for orders with multiple pets, or in cases of unexpected production or delivery delays, the overall timeline may extend to approximately 6–8 weeks.
- Digital previews are optional and are not sent by default. If no preview is requested, your order enters the production queue after the 6-hour cancellation window. If a preview is requested, production will begin after approval or once the 48-hour approval window has passed.
Shipping Estimates
Once your order is ready, shipping typically takes 5–14 days, depending on the destination, local delivery conditions, and courier service.
Pawlinko currently ships Australia-wide and to selected international destinations. If your country or region is available at checkout, we can ship your order there.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been handed over to our carrier.
Customs & Duties
For our international customers (including AU, SG, and MY), please note that any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.
