Turn your pet’s photo into a custom embroidered keepsake made with real thread.
Each Pawlinko piece is made to order and carefully created from the photo you provide. Our artists focus on your pet’s most recognizable features, such as expression, markings, and overall character, to create a personal embroidered piece made just for you.
Our Crafting Process (Must Read)
Please upload a clear, front-facing photo of your pet with good lighting.
1. Standard Production Process
Our artists will prepare your design based on your uploaded photo and order details. If no preview is requested, your order will proceed through our standard production process after the 6-hour cancellation window.
2. Need a Preview? (Optional)
Digital previews are optional. If you'd like to review your artwork before production, select “Yes — Send Me an Artwork Proof First” under Design Preview above.
3. The 48-Hour Rule
If you request a preview, we will email it to you. To avoid production delays, if we don't hear back from you within 48 hours of sending the email, we will proceed with the design as sent.
Please review your photo, product options, size, color, and personalization details carefully before checkout.
Craftsmanship
Each design is carefully prepared before embroidery.
Your pet’s photo is transformed into an embroidery-ready artwork, with attention to stitch direction, thread colors, and key facial details. Because embroidery is a thread-based art form, small artistic simplifications may occur.
Materials
Made with real embroidery thread and carefully selected materials for daily use.
The design is embroidered with thread, not printed or heat-transferred. Please note that colors may appear slightly different due to lighting, screen settings, and the natural texture of embroidery.
Maintenance and Precautions
Please handle the embroidered area with care.
Avoid pulling, scratching, or rubbing the stitches. Keep away from sharp objects, excessive moisture, and direct heat.
For apparel items, wash inside out with cold water and air dry when possible. Do not bleach.
Shipping
Because each Pawlinko item is custom-made, most orders are completed and delivered within approximately 4–6 weeks. During peak holiday periods, for orders with multiple pets, or for deliveries to regional and remote areas, timelines may take slightly longer.
Tracking details will be sent by email once your order has shipped. Customs duties or import fees, if applicable, are determined by the destination country and are the recipient’s responsibility.
If your item arrives damaged or has a clear manufacturing issue, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or videos so we can review the issue.
Returns & Cancellations
Because each Pawlinko item is custom made, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless there is a clear manufacturing defect or shipping damage.
Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase. Cancellation requests made after 6 hours but before physical embroidery begins will incur a non-refundable A$35 Artist Fee.
Once physical embroidery begins, cancellations, changes, and refunds cannot be accepted.
For damaged or defective items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos for review. If verified, we will provide a one-time replacement at no cost.
